How We Became Skin Babes Aesthetics

With a combined experience of 6 years, these two aestheticians who became best friends decided to break out of the chain franchise facial company they both stared at. Both learned a lot while working there together, but decided it was time to make the break. A separate dream for both of them that became one. After a lot of back-and-forth Skin Babes Aesthetics was born. With the combination of confidence and experience, it is their pleasure to offer new and improved treatment options for their clientele, all while being a one-stop shop for all things skin and body care.

Elizabeth

Hi! My name is Elizabeth, I have been a licensed aesthetician since 2019 and have been in the field for over 4 years, 2 of them being Lead Aesthetician at my old workplace. I have been nominated for Aesthetician of the Year twice in the 4 years of my career journey. I have worked with and gained experience with all skin tones and types and have a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. I first sought out becoming an aesthetician when I moved from Southern California to the beautiful sunny state of Arizona. It was originally supposed to be a job that got me past college until I absolutely fell in love with this line of work and made it my career. As someone who has always had skin problems, including acne and pigmentation, I have made it my job to seek out all the best skin care treatments and skin care lines to help myself and many others. I am certified through PCA for Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, and product knowledge. I have product knowledge within Obagi Medical, Jan Marini Skin Research, Dermalogica, Image Skin Care, and Skin Scripts. I am also certified in brow lamination and mapping. I absolutely love working on skin, but I have a second love for brow and lash transformations. I love this career because not only do I get to help people fight off their personal insecurities, but I get to build a professional relationship with every client that comes through my door. I am here to be your Esty Besty and bring all the professional and personal knowledge I have gained over the years to give clients reassurance and help guide them to success!

Hi! My name is Alexis. I have been a licensed aesthetician since 2022 and have been actively practicing for the last two years. Elizabeth trained me on the basics, but I have been able to learn and grow while working for a chain franchise company. In my short time as an aesthetician, I have been able to learn how to properly achieve goals on all skin types and tones. I absolutely love to create a plan while making every client feel amazing. I have a passion for both skincare and lashes. I got into this career to bring people joy while helping them feel beautiful without makeup. I have certifications for Chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and lash extensions. I have knowledge in the product lines of PCA skin, Jan Marini Skin Research, Obagi Medical, and Skin Scripts. I was born and raised in Arizona, and it has been my goal since starting school to bring the best possible skin care treatments and amazing lashes to my home state.
